Salted Edamame
Edamame are soybeans harvested while they are still green.
You can pop it into you mouth just like peanuts, however it contain
very low cal as compare to peanuts.
Salted Edamame Ingredient
1 pound fresh or frozen unshelled edamame
1/2 teaspoon of coarse salt
Salted Edamame Preparation Method
Bring a large pot of water to boil. Add
the edamame and cook until bright green and tender. Remove
teh edamame from the boiling water and place in ice water.
Drain well
Place the edamame in a serving bowl and toss
with the salt. Serve with a bowl for empty shells.
Make 8 servings.
