Fruit Salad Ingredient
2 cups assorted chopped or sliced fresh fruit
(such as berries, grapes, mango, or kiwi fruit)
Juice of 1/2 lime
1/2 teaspoon finely chopped fresh mint
1 tablespoon crushed almond
Fruit Salad Preparation Method
Place the fruit into a large bowl. Add the lime juice and mint; toss gently to coat. Sprinkle with teh crushed almonds.
Make 2 servings.
