Ingredient For Hummus
450 g (1lb) can of chickpeas, drained
8 tbsp of tahini
juice of 2 lemons
1 clove of garlic, finely chopped
1/4 tsp ground cumin
chopped parsley to garnish
Preparation Method For Hummus
Put everything except the parsley in a food processor or blender and whiz
until the mixture is smooth. Serve hummus either slightly chilled or at
room temperature with chopped parsley sprinkled on top.
