Tuna Tater Ingredient
1 medium baking potato
1/2 package (5 ounces) frozen broccoli florets,thawed
1/2 albacore tuna in water drained
2 tablespoon low fat shredded Cheddar cheese
Tuna Tater Preparation
Method
Pick the potato with fork, and microwave in
on high for 8 minutes. In a medium microwave-safe bowl,
microwave the broccoli on high for 4 minutes, then add the tuna.
Cut the potato lengthwise. Top with
tuna-broccoli mixture, then microwave on high for 1 1/2 minutes.
Top with cheese.
