Barley with ginger and broccoli is good
for fasting and cleansing, constipation and liver support
Broccoli contains sulphorophanes,
biochemicals that liver needs in order to carry out its work of
body detox. Both barley and broccoli are high in fiber,
which help reduce cholesterol while sweeping the toxin from the
body. This clensing dish can be used during a semi-fast.
