Tahini Dressing Ingredient

1/2 cup fat-free plain yogurt
1 clove garlic, minced
3 tablespoon of tahini
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon ground cumin
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon ground red pepper

Tahini Dressing Preparation Method

Whisk the yogurt, garlic, tahini, lemon juice, cumin , salt and pepper in a small bowl until smooth. 

Make 2 servings

Per Servings; 167 calories, 7 g protein, 11 g carbohydrates, 12 g fat, 1 mg cholesterol, 625 mg sodium, 2g fiber.

Tahini dressing is good for Digestion
