Sunflower Seed Dressing


This detox recipe gives your tastebuds a thrill! Fresh herbs add the health benefit this wonderful dressing

Sunflower Seed Ingredient

1 1/2 sunflower seeds
1/2 cups water
1/2 cup lemon juice
1/8 cup tamari
1/8 cup honey
1 teaspoons salt
1/2 green bell pepper, seeds and membranes removed
1/2 bunch fresh basil, chopped
1/2 bunch fresh cilantro, chopped

Sunflower Seed Dressing Preparation Method

Process the sunflower seeds, water, lemon juice, tamari, honey, salt, pepper, basil and cilantro in a food processor until creamy

Make 12 servings (1/4 cup each)

Per Servings; 110 calories, 5 g protein, 8 g carbohydrates, 8 g fat, 0 mg cholesterol, 415 mg sodium, 1g fiber.
