Ingredient
1 1/2 sunflower seeds
1/2 cups water
1/2 cup lemon juice
1/8 cup tamari
1/8 cup honey
1 teaspoons salt
1/2 green bell pepper, seeds and membranes removed
1/2 bunch fresh basil, chopped
1/2 bunch fresh cilantro, chopped
Sunflower Seed Dressing Preparation Method
Process the sunflower seeds, water, lemon
juice, tamari, honey, salt, pepper, basil and cilantro in a food
processor until creamy
Make 12 servings (1/4 cup each)
