Yogurt Sundae

 


Yummy fruit and nuts spooned over smooth and creamy yogurt, that make you feel good about eating.

Ingredient Yogurt Yogurt Sundae

1/2 packages (5ounces) frozen raspberries thawed
1 medium fruits of choice
ripe peach - unpeeled if organic, peeling if not, a banana or an orange
4 ounces fat-free plain yogurt
2 tablespoons sliced toasted almonds

Preparation Method For Yogurt Sundae

Place the raspberries in food processor.  Process until the berries form a smooth puree.  Pit and slice the peach or other fruit.  Divide the yogurt between 2 goblets. Spoon the puree over the yogurt, top with peach or other fruit.  Garnish with almonds and you yogurt sundae is ready to serve. 

Make 2 servings.

Per Servings; 127 calories, 5 g protein, 19 g carbohydrates, 5 g fat, 1 mg cholesterol, 34 mg sodium, 3g fiber.
