Sundae
Yummy fruit and nuts spooned over
smooth and creamy yogurt, that make you feel good
about eating.

1/2 packages (5ounces) frozen
raspberries thawed
1 medium fruits of choice
ripe peach - unpeeled if organic, peeling if not, a
banana or an orange
4 ounces fat-free plain
yogurt
2 tablespoons sliced toasted almonds
Preparation Method For Yogurt Sundae
Place the raspberries in food
processor. Process until the berries form a
smooth puree. Pit and slice the peach or other
fruit. Divide the yogurt between 2 goblets.
Spoon the puree over the yogurt, top with peach or
other fruit. Garnish with almonds and you
yogurt sundae is ready to serve.
