Yogurt Muesli


Plain yogurt comes alive with bursts of sweet and tangy flavor in a high-fiber treat.

Ingredient Yogurt Muesli

1 1/2 cups rolled oats
2 2/3 cups water
1 tablespoon fat free plain yogurt
1 tablespoon honey
2 tangerines, peeled and sactioned
2 unpeeled apples chopped.


Preparation Method For Yogurt Muesli

In a large bowl, soak the oats in water overnight, or let stand in the water for about 1 hour right before preparing.  Stir in the yogurt, honey, tangerines and apples.  Refrigerate any leftovers.

Make 4 servings.

Per Servings; 180 calories, 5 g protein, 38 g carbohydrates 2 g fat, 0 mg cholesterol, 9 mg sodium, 6 g fiber.
