This kiwi parfaits is scrumptious and is good for you, you can have it for breakfast or eat it anytime

Kiwi Parfaits Ingredient

2 cups fat-free lemon yogurt
1 can mandarin oranges, drained
2 kiwifruit, halve and sliced
4 gingersnaps cookies

 Kiwi Parfait Preparation Method

In each of 4 parfait glasses, alternatively layer the yogurt with oranges and kiwi.  Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate until ready to serve.  Serve with gingersnap. 

Make 4 servings.

Per Servings; 150 calories, 5 g protein, 30 g carbohydrates, 1 g fat, 3 mg cholesterol, 81 mg sodium, 1g fiber.
