Breakfast Rice Pudding

Ingredient Breakfast Rice Pudding

9 ounces soft tofu
1/4 cups honey
2 teaspoons vanilla
1/2 teaspoons vanilla
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1 1/2 cups cooked brown rice
1/2 cup raisins
1/4 cup almonds

Preparation Method For Breakfast Rice Pudding

In a blender, blend the tofu until smooth.  Spoon into the bowl and add the honey, vanilla, cinnamon, rice, raisins and almond.  Mix well , chill for several hours to blend the flavours.

Make 4 servings.

Per Servings; 272 calories, 7 g protein, 47 g carbohydrates 7 g fat, 0 mg cholesterol, 6 mg sodium, 3 g fiber.

Tofu is a good source of zinc necessary for good immune function, cinnamon may help stop growth of bacteria and fungi, including Candida yeast.  Brown rice is rich in fiber that helps the body to eliminate toxins.  Brown rice also contain manganese, selenium, magnesium, enzymes that help the detoxification process.
