Breakfast Rice Pudding
Rice pudding dessert turn breakfast with healthy tofu and healthy brown rice
Ingredient Breakfast Rice Pudding
9 ounces soft tofu
1/4 cups honey
2 teaspoons vanilla
1/2 teaspoons vanilla
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1 1/2 cups cooked brown rice
1/2 cup raisins
1/4 cup almonds
Preparation Method For Breakfast Rice PuddingIn a blender, blend the tofu until smooth. Spoon into the bowl and add the honey, vanilla, cinnamon, rice, raisins and almond. Mix well , chill for several hours to blend the flavours.
Make 4 servings.
Per Servings; 272 calories, 7 g protein, 47 g carbohydrates 7 g fat, 0 mg cholesterol, 6 mg sodium, 3 g fiber.
