hypoglycemia.
- Highly processed and
refined foods.
- All animal food except
organic live yogurt.
- Alcohol, caffeine,
tobacco, drugs.
- Avoid vitamin and
mineral supplements that contains artificial
ingredients, sweeteners, etc.
- Avoid stress and
stress-related wok, including heavy exercise.
