Here are some of the do and don't of juicing tips for detoxification.

Don't make huge quantities of juice for detoxification.  Fresh fruit and vegetable juice quickly oxidise and may go on and off putting brown color!  Keep any leftover in the fridge.

Do experiment with flavors and combination: that way you will be able to make suitable juice for detoxification for breakfast, lunch and evening.

 

In hot weather, use frozen berries straight from the freezer to chill your drink and make an attractive garnish.

Dark green vegetables juices - such as spinach and broccoli - or dark red veggies - such as beetroot - are not only strong flavours, but acquired one too.  Ideally if this juice is to use for detoxification they should be diluted: 4 parts mixer juice to one part dark green or dark red juice is the best.  Try carrot or apple juice as mixer as well as cucumber.

Carrot and apples can mixed with anything - another fruits or any other vegetables.  Generally vegetable juices should be mixed with other vegetables juices, mixing them with fruit and you will likely get flatulence!.
