Water is the most important detox drink that can help to invigorate and refresh you body. We need to drink at least 1.5 liters of water every day, not including coffee or tea. In fact large caffeine intake means that we will need to drink more water everyday to flush out the caffeine.

You should avoid drinking too much water with your main meals as it dilute the digestive enzymes as you want them to be strong and do their job. It is a good to wait an hour or so after eating main meals before you start drinking water again but with breakfast, snack and fruit it is fine to drink as you eat.
One of the most useful detox drink in the morning lemon juice. The juice of one medium sized squeezed into some water and a drizzle of honey will get your digestive system working straight away. In winter try making a little ginger - few slice of ginger is warming in cold day.
